“We have asked Duffin Design Build to help us on a variety of projects at our home. Teresa never refused an opportunity to help us out, no matter how small our needs were. The largest project she tackled for us was our remodel in July 2015. It involved a rip-and-replace of our kitchen and master bathroom, new flooring throughout the ground floor, new trim everywhere, new paint, new fixtures, and plenty more. The project totaled around $170,000. She brought an amazing team of subcontractors, and her project manager was impeccable. Brian was always very prompt with responding to our questions and sending us updates during the project, including some terrific photos. We enjoyed collaborating with Teresa on our ideas and taking her input as well. We regret that we are moving too far away for her to be the contractor on our new home build. She would have been our go-to person, without question. She has our unqualified recommendation for any project you may be contemplating”.
